PulteGroup's local leadership has a new face at the helm. With 17 years in the industry, Justin Cook has been brought on as president of the homebuilder's Northeast Florida Division. Cook most recently held the position of division president at Meritage Homes in South Florida. Cook will lead all aspects of the division's homebuilding operations in the greater Jacksonville area, a press release said. 'Justin brings a wealth of leadership and industry experience to our Northeast Florida division, and we are thrilled to welcome him to the PulteGroup team,' PulteGroup Florida area President Rich McCormick said.
