Outgoing Jacksonville mayor Lenny Curry turned heads last month when he indicated major renovations were coming for TIAA Bank Field, the home of the annual Georgia-Florida game. On Wednesday, the city of Jacksonville provided a glimpse of what's to come for the stadium once the work gets underway. Jacksonville shared videos and photos featuring renderings of what's to come for the stadium. The design features include a 360-degree concourse that is four-times wider than before, seating bowl flexibility that provides for a base capacity of 62,000 with expansion capabilities up to 71,500, a large shade canopy that reduces heat retention by more than 70 percent, and lookout decks that offer citywide views for spectators.
