Winn-Dixie in Jacksonville, Florida

AWFUL customer service!!! I have shopped at Winn Dixie for years and have never experienced the lack of professionalism and less than desirable customer service as consistently as I have at this store! Will rather drive further and/or pay higher prices at another store than shop here again!

Wouldn't recommend this particular store for employment of any type, full or part time in the pharmacy department with Ellen Villones or Srinavasu Nagabhyiru. They both are very controlling, disrespectful to their technicians, and will speak in their native language (I.e: Tagalog &a Hindi) in front of you to others. They will seem friendly and team oriented initially however this will change within a matter of months. Being that they are sponsored to work for Winn dixie, store management (Donna Fussell) and corporate will overlook the communication issues ANY Technician attempts to bring forth in good will, repeatedly overlook the problems, will cause unnecessary emotional distress and will attempt to terminate your employment based off false and unfair practice. This was attempted on the behalf of Ellen & Sri however this was handled over the phone with an adjudicator from the Florida Department of Economic Oppurtuntiy and was ruled as a wrongful termination (yes I have the judgement letter as proof) and was awarded backpay (approx: 3 months) If any pharmacy technician have any questions about employment at this particular store or the store on Normandy & Cassat please feel free to contact me. Only utilize this store for intern hours only and look for a more diverse and fair environment.
