This place is clean, and so naturally its overpriced. The staff is ok at best, if you like fake-friendliness than they're probably your cup of tea. They will run tests without making sure your budget can handle them & then push medications on you that you'll only find out about when you see your bill at the checkout counter. My Advice: 1.) Whatever you budgeted for, make sure to bring an extra $100. 2.) The Doc will be abrasive, but I am (pretty) sure she means well. 3.) DO NOT expect the online pharmacy process (order/approval/delivery) to go smoothly. They will mess it up, Your pet will not get its meds on time, its kind of their thing. For us, the medication issue/screw-up was the last straw. Good Luck!
