The Jacksonville Bar Association, Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association, Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, The Florida Bar Business Law Section and the Duval County Veterans Treatment Court will host a Military Financial Wellness Summit from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 9 at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena. The program will cover topics including budgeting, credit and credit cards, effective financial management and savings tools, bankruptcy and financial distress. Free to active duty members of the military, veterans and their families, the event is an opportunity to meet with lawyers and financial advisers for personalized assistance.
