NewsThe Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) announced a new partnership with Jacksonville University to establish a four-year medical school in Florida. The university will be in Northeast Florida and will known as LECOM at Jacksonville University. The medical school will be supported by long-term clinical agreements with Baptist Health, Flagler Health+, and AdventHealth. LECOM said Jacksonville has become a globally recognized healthcare hub and will now be enhanced by a medical school that can deliver a pipeline of talented physicians.
