Home2 Suites by Hilton appears to be coming to San Pablo Parkway, not far from Mayo Clinic in Florida. The city is reviewing a permit application for the 125-room, five-story hotel at 3609 San Pablo Parkway, where the parkway splits with San Pablo Road South. The proposed $17.5 million project comprises almost 76,000 square feet on 1.72 acres. Home2 Suites offers limited-service breakfast, meeting rooms, a fitness room, pool and deck, among other amenities. Kellogg & Kimsey Inc. of Sarasota is listed as the contractor.
