Being new to the area, and this being the closest Walgreens to us, I decided to transfer my prescriptions here. Mistake! To begin with, the staff is not fully trained on billing Tricare as a secondary. I never was able to pick up any medications within a short period of time. The wait time is about 20 minutes and there will many times be a long line and they do not call for help. One of the women there was very rude to me and even scolded me on whatever profile(s) Walgreens had set up with the transfer. They were very difficult to deal with and there were so many mistakes on billing that I eventually gave up. I have since moved to the one on N. Main and it's much better. I cannot recommend using this one.
