The UPS Store in Jacksonville, Florida

Do not go to this store if you actually want your items to be delivered. The service here is NOT knowledgeable and very slow. After trusting them to ship very important documents internationally, they were lost forever. I went to this store to mail important documents to a UPS Store location in another country. Once I learned that two weeks later, the documents had not arrived at their destination, I went back to this UPS location to figure out why they had not been delivered. After giving them my receipt for review, they informed me the documents had been shipped via the United State Postal Service and that the tracking number they gave me was not trackable. I was shocked and disappointed because I knew I would never see the documents agains. When asked why UPS courier service wasn't used to send to a UPS STORE, they informed me that it was my fault for declining UPS service- at no point had I declined and at no point I was informed that the items would be shipped via USPS. I had a tracking number and thought my package was sent via UPS. To make matters worse, they did nothing to remedy the situation and have caused much stress. I will never return to this location again.

Richard took his time, made recommendations that fit my needs and possessed the patience of Job. He even researched all shipping options to save money. Because I arrived late, other customers began walking in. By 8:30 p.m., he was still serving the request of many. Now UPS is my "go to" store for any shipping service. Richard's dedication gained this store a new loyal patron.
