I used Perfect Pair catering for my son’s graduation party. All the food tasted good but the service is a different story. From the beginning I was worried by the lack of professionalism but I kept hoping for the best. Then came the day of the party. They showed up 30 min past the time I was told they’d be there. I called their cell number repeatedly and never received a reply. When they did show up I was assured they would be set up in time for our guests’ arrival. That did not happen. 20 min after my guests arrived is when they finished setting-up. It was a very stressful experience on my part! The gentleman they sent to set-up and attend my party was a nice young man but not very organized. I kept asking for the chaos of all the boxes, gloves, towels and so forth to be removed from sight. That was a process in and of itself and it never reached the level of cleanliness and professionalism it should have. He kept the food for the guests stocked but he never left the food stations to pick up plates and cups left behind. I did the cleanup in those areas. One of my guests offered to take out the trash when they saw that it was full. This was one of many parties I’ve hosted where I’ve used a caterer and I’ve never had this situation happen. I still have not heard from the person I worked with in the beginning (after calling her cell phone repeatedly on the day of the party). There has been no follow-up on their part since. This is my first google review of any kind and I felt it was important.
