We used Tailored Lawn Care to trim the shrubs and palm trees in our yard. He butchered our beautiful $1800 centerpiece tree and must have used blades that were not clean. A few of our palms started looking diseased shortly after he came. We had a true professional come out to the house and he said this happens with inexperienced trimming services. We spoke with the owner of TLC about the problems we were having as a result of his mistakes. He was extremely rude and said that he would not provide any reimbursement for the damages caused. We would NEVER recommend using Tailored Lawn Care. Don’t make the same mistake we did.
