RMX Construction in Jacksonville, Florida

Dealing with RMX Contruction for our roof was a COMPLETE waste of our time. We did not solicit them they came to us (still don't know how). NO ONE ever did what they said they would do. We were told by Adam that our roof damage should be covered by insurance and that it was typical. Adam did not go on the roof he said he could see the issue from where he stood and was unable to go on the roof. He was nice to speak with but he never followed up what he said he would do. After a VERY very long time of waiting, we were told an estimate of the roof damage was sent to our insurance company, but no estimate was sent. (That was an embarrassing conversation with the claim rep). No estimate was written because NO ONE ever bothered to go on the roof. We fave them many chances to live up to their word or take action. He told me that Ali was great and to call her to get the needed information and estimate. Ali NEVER returned one call. Sounds like I was blew off since there was no estimate written up. We contacted the United Claims they were working with (public adjusters??) who told us we had an assigned claim rep, but we had NEVER heard the name before, or was contacted by the person in all of the 7 to 8 months. Results? A whole lot of NOTHING and 7 to 8 months of NO action. We were supposed to get a return call, to follow up of the phantom claim rep, but instead we received a letter releasing us from their contact. Now that was the BEST thing they did for us. No call from Adam or anyone with any explanation, apology for wasting our time, for stating an estimate was sent to our insurance company when it wasn't, or anything. Completely unprofessional.
