Publix Super Market in Jacksonville, Florida

Well staffed & well cleaned. Even with a lot of people they moved the line quick

Friendly staff. Many products are consistently out of date. I mentioned it to staff members on several occasions as most of these items are staples for me (eggs, bacon, coffee creamer, etc.) and I hoped they would be replaced with new product, but they weren't. This is the third week in a row with the same product on the shelf -(Maverick Ranch) bacon best by 11/24, (Handsome Brook) eggs best by 12/1, etc. I bought stuffing for Thanksgiving the week before, but it expired in June. I wish I could trust that they rotated their inventory on a regular basis, but they don't. It's very time consuming to have to check the date on every item I purchase and very frustrating to have to make an extra stop to get the same items I could've gotten there. Target is next door, Whole Foods is right across the street and Native Sun is about a mile north on San Jose. Target is much cheaper for shelf-stable items. There isn't a huge price difference between Publix and Whole Foods at least, and I know WF's staff puts more care into rotating their inventory. I've never had an issue with this many products on a regular basis at other Publix locations, but sadly this is the closest one to home.
