Pediatric Smiles in Jacksonville, Florida

I will never go back here again! My son had a 3 pm appointment that we arrived at 2:45pm for we were NEVER checked in or even acknowledged until around 3:30 by then I was really upset, when we got there they acted like they didn't care if they knew I was there and that I had another appointment to go to that I could NOT reschedule. After giving the history to the staff the doctor proceeded to come in again I explained the history. She was quick to tell me that he needed nitrous to have two baby teeth removed I advised her that my son did not need this as he is not afraid she then goes to interrupt me that oh well with infection in the teeth he will fill it...if you would have listened to me tell you history you would have caught that he has been on antibiotics for almost three weeks. After this she said she would get the "treatment plan cost" I asked the staff I thought today I was having this done that was the whole point of the referral from his other dentist. She then proceeded to asked the Dr if she could perform it today and she informed me they could however it would be another 45-1 hour wait!! I was truly upset since I had another appointment and we had already been there so long I told them if they would have taken me back at our scheduled time we would of had the time their excuse of course was "oh were short staffed and had no rooms" OK?? Why didn't you tell me this prior to waiting that long?? At this point I said you know what I'll go else where and I took my son and left needless to say his primary dentist took care of it for me and they will never refer to them. This is the worst place ever they are rude, they don't care about your time and they are all about money, do not take you child here this is my second bad experience I figured I give them another chance and I was wrong. My son did not even want to go back either.
