Payless ShoeSource in Jacksonville, Florida

The worst experience I have ever received in a Payless Shoe Store in all the years I have been going in and spending my money. The comment of, I just can't do another return today the rep said as I walk in to return 2 pairs of shoes. And didn't want to honor the online packing slips that serve as the customer receipt, as my receipt. I had to call the 800 # just to find out why this was so difficult, I was assured I had done everything correct & she contacted the girl in the store. I was in my vehicle at this point, when the cust serv rep came back to me with an excuse that wasn't valid from the rep inside, I told her the details. I could have made money off of Payless but I just wanted an exact what I paid for return. The girl inside refused to honor my reciept and therefore was ringing as no receipt and allowing whatever price came up on the refund. I proceeded inside & heard the girl telling the cust serv rep that I didn't give her a chance to see; blatant lie, as I had initially laid all receipts out and pointed that they weren't coming out correctly. She had to do what the cust serv rep said but now the computer had to reboot and this wasn't working for her and she had to call someone and that person is busy, etc etc. When finally done (still incorrect but not complaining over a minimal amount), I asked her to mark through the ones I had returned, she wanted to keep my packing slips/receipt. I explained, I keep these for my records, she marked through ALL of the shoes I had on there, even the ones I did not return. So, now if I choose to return one, I am possibly faced with another battle. Needless to say, since this is now my payless, I will no longer be purchasing online(becasue I can't deal with having to go there for a return) or in this store.
