Not a bad shop, but for all the fancy work they claimed they had done (celebrities and head of corporation for their yachts and such), my vertical shelves were produced with holes that didn't align, so the shelves where not horizontal. They took care of this (after installing them and me requesting the fix) correctly. I got translucent plastic pegs for the shelves. Hope the the fancy celebrities do not. My builder's careless help scored the granite by the sink they installed by carelessly and repeatedly slamming his cordless drill on it, which I witnessed more than once. Not this shop's fault. I requested a repair and they did it and it looked great. Like nothing had happened. For a while. Then after a couple of months the repair didn't take and the surface separated leaving a visible score. I called In Living Stone to report and arrange another repair and was informed that '....we're not going to be taking care of this forever. We have to draw the line somewhere.' So, I live with this gauge I see every single day (it's by my bathroom sink that I use every day). In hindsight, I should have demanded the purportedly fancy builder to take the loss on replacing all this marble, which matched the marble around the hot tub and it would have all have to go. But, I took the bait of the repair offered. I have learned that custom jobs can be nice and fancy when they work over a long time, but that in many cases national brands (like KraftMaid) stay to support you for life, in my experience. As a matter of fact, 22 years after building my house Delta has sent me free faucet head replacements twice and I know they'll be there for me. For life. KraftMaid helped me solve a complex hinge recurring failure successfully years after purchasing their cabinets. They also know, offer and gave me the exact stain I have in my cabinets for touch ups.
