Amazing customer service! Bought one sportcoat in store and 3 online (bad idea). Went in to get them all tailored and the tailor said they were the wrong size. She found a more appropriate size for one of them in-store and an attendant hunted down 3 others. All said and done, I was able to exchange them all for the correct size without an extra charge! Plus I got an upgrade in quality on one of them. It cost $50 to get the one sportcoat completely tailored to my size, which is a steal! When the other 3 arrive, I will do the same to them. Can't beat that price and professionalism!
