Jiffy Lube in Jacksonville, Florida

I arrived and asked the manager twice that ONLY my oil and filter be changed, all other items I declined. As the mechanic was servicing the oil I watched him try to service the radiator fill tank. I immediately asked the manager to halt what he was doing. After the service was complete I approached my vehicle and noticed oily fingerprints on the hood and both fenders despite the fact that the fender guards were used. All prints were then cleaned and I proceeded home. Upon arriving at my home I looked under the car to ensure there was no oil leaking on the drive way and noticed that the mechanic did not install the oil pan shroud or any of the 7 screws. I immediately returned to the Jiffy Lube store #1822 and demanded my shroud and the attaching hardware. The store offered to install the shroud but I declined as I had lost all confidence in their ability and I explained that I had to ensure the drain plug was properly torqued. The staff handed me the shroud to my 2016 Sonata, covered in oil, and I had to ask for rags to clean it off. The manager offered the excuse that the pit mechanic was new and forgot to install it. If the mechanic was that new and unreliable why was he trusted to be on his own?? What does that say about the managers training abilities and criteria?? Unacceptable, and I am contacting you to let you know of the substandard service that store #1822 is performing. Store #1822 is located at 11620 San Jose Blvd., Mandarin, FL 32217.
