I have been a patient of Dr Browning's for over 20 years. As a nurse , I think he is the epitome of what a doctor should be. He truly cares about his patients and goes the extra mile with and for them. He is as frustrated as we all are with the limits and added responsibilities that take him away from actual patient care. He gave me his cell number because he was concerned about me. I have recommended him to many of my friends who want a "real" doctor.

Hot and cold Dr. He's out dated with knowledge and he has a temper if things don't go his way. I put him in his place and we went our separate ways I will never ever step in that office again, he needs to retire. There's too many doctors out there younger than him that's a a lot more knowledgeable , he thinks he knows everything and he doesn't, he's wrong on many levels. And I don't mean doctors that are youngin their 20s I'm talking about doctors in their 40s that really know what they're talking about. Dr. Browning is in his 70s. He needs to go back to school or retire and at his age I would STRONGLY suggest retiring. Extremely forgetful and in the four years that I've known him I seen a drastic decrease in his memory. He is not the same doctor that I first met. I would not change doctors if he was still the same Dr. I met when I moved to Jacksonville. I asked for a medication to lower my heart rate and BP, he wouldn't give me the prescription. Said it was just stress. When I changed Dr's the other Dr. Said he should of given me a script for it. He was a good Dr. Stay away now. Robin in the office broke Hippa laws. Beware of her if she still works there.
