So when I went to Arby's with my son I wanted HOT food. When it was done they didn't even tell me so I sent my son up to get it. and when I got it ALL the food was cold and I wanted to get a replacement but the manager had cussed me out in front of everyone EMBARRASSING me so bad. Don't complain about cold food because you will get cussed out REALLY bad and embarrass you. And you have to wait 20 minutes for food. and they let the people who ordered after you get their food before you.

Drive thru was backed up, so went inside. No wait. This was at 2:30 p.m. Ordered 3 ultimate chocolate shakes & 2 roast beef french onion sandwiches. The shakes are now half the size compared to a month ago! Asked for Arby's sauce, was told they had run out! I won't be going back.
