The staff was watching a football game while I was waiting in line to be helped (waited over 5 minutes). Very rude welcoming (by that I mean no welcoming). Staff was clearly snickering and talking about my family member who was with me while we were waiting for them to get a part. No smiles or friendliness, they just acted like we were imposing on their game time. One lady had no uniform on and no name tag on, she told me their check engine scanner was broken, and a few minutes later a guy said it wasn't. The environment at this location is horrible. The only positive thing that happened was they let me use my coupon that was expired by 1 day. Would not recommend going to this one. I definitely won't be back.
